YOGA FOR CHILDREN AND TEENS
Classes for ages 2 - 7 years will use a combination of music, games
and stories to introduce yoga postures in a dynamic fun environment.
Teaching our little yogis how to relax and breathe fully whilst
building confidence, concentration and coordination.
Ages 8 - 11 years will feel energised, relaxed and challenged as this
class is taught in a more traditional format. We will use partner
work, games and more challenging yoga postures to spark interest
and enthusiasm.
Our Teens will learn techniques to calm and focus the mind, and
relax the body. An excellent aid to the stress of exams and other
teen pressures. We will build flexability, strength and stamina to keep
teen bodies fit and healthy.
